We have assembled a talented team of Executives/Project Directors that have many years of experience in both engineering and telecommunication projects.

MATT BELLAGAMBA, P.E. - President
Mr. Bellagamba founded Fullerton Engineering Consultants in February, 1998. He holds a B.S. and M.S. degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and is a registered professional engineer in over 30 states. Mr. Bellagamba has over 17 years of experience in the design and management of engineering projects, the last 12 in the telecommunications industry. Mr. Bellagamba has a unique combination of management and technical experience that enables him to provide clear, concise solutions to clients' engineering and business needs. He is a member of ASCE, NSPE and HACIA.

FRANK DIVITO - Vice President of Operations
Mr. DiVito has been the Vice President of Operations since 2004 and has been with Fullerton Engineering since 2001. He has overseen several major projects during his tenure, including the Nextel Quad States Buildout in which Fullerton Engineering designed over 500 sites in four states in a two year period. As Vice President, Mr. DiVito is responsible for business development and additionally serves as Fullerton 's legal counsel. Mr. DiVito graduated with a Bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and holds a J.D. from The John Marshall Law School. He is admitted to the Illinois Bar and is an active member of the ISBA and Justinian Society of Lawyers.

ABE ROKACH, S.E., P.E. - Senior Structural Engineer
Mr. Rokach holds a B.S.C.E. from City University of New York and an M.S.C.E. from MIT in Civil/Structural Engineering. He has managed the structural design at Fullerton Engineering for 4 years. Prior to joining Fullerton , Mr. Rokach spent 30 years managing design on commercial buildings. He currently holds the Illinois S. E. license as well as P.E. licenses in New York and California. He is a Fellow of ASCE, a member of ACI, and serves on several of their committees. Mr. Rokach was awarded a Certificate of Honor by the Structural Engineers Association of Illinois.

DAN SMITH, P.E. – Project Director
Mr. Smith holds a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from Purdue University, and is a registered professional engineer in Michigan and Ohio.  Mr. Smith has over 5 years of design and project management experience in the telecommunications industry.  Additionally, Mr. Smith has over 10 years experience on a wide range of civil engineering projects, including design and construction management in the transportation, site development and environmental fields.  He is a member of ASCE and IECA.

STEVE JOHNSON - Regional Project Director
Mr. Johnson oversees the operations of our Kansas City office. He has over 16 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. He has managed both the construction and design of projects for all major carriers. Mr. Johnson has developed his management, technical and sales abilities while working on over 1,500 projects.

JASON PALMER - Project Director
Mr. Palmer holds a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from University of North Dakota and has over        8 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Prior to joining Fullerton Engineering in 2003, he was a Senior Implementation Engineer for Sprint PCS, overseeing the Detriot/Toledo and Chicago/Indianapolis markets. Mr. Palmer brings a vast amount of experience in the area of CDMA/EVDO equipment, site design and project management.

RAFIK ISHAYA - Project Director
Mr. Ishaya holds a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering and has over 6 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. He continues to manage several large projects involving carrier expansion and has provided innovative design solutions for all types of telecommunication sites.

AHMED GARCEVIC - Project Director
Mr. Garcevic holds a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering and has over 6 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.  He has designed hundreds of sites for every major carrier and has worked extensively on sites located in the City of Chicago.
