	MATT BELLAGAMBA, P.E. - President Mr. Bellagamba founded Fullerton Engineering Consultants in February 1998. He holds a B.S. and M.S. degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and is a registered Professional Engineer in over 35 states. Mr. Bellagamba has over 20 years of experience in the design and management of engineering projects with the last 15 years in the telecommunications industry. Mr. Bellagamba's unique combination of management and technical experience enables him to provide clear, concise solutions to clients' engineering and business needs. He is a member of ASCE, NSPE and HACIA.
