	ABE ROKACH, S.E., P.E. - Senior Structural Engineer Mr. Rokach holds a B.S.C.E. from City University of New York and an M.S.C.E. from MIT in Civil/Structural Engineering. He has managed the structural design at Fullerton Engineering for over 8 years. Prior to joining Fullerton, Mr. Rokach spent 30 years managing design on commercial buildings. He currently holds an Illinois S. E. license as well as P.E. licenses in New York, California and other states. He is a former adjunct professor at the University of Illinois at Chicago and has served on committees of ASCE, AISC and ACI. Mr. Rokach was awarded a Certificate of Honor by the Structural Engineers Association of Illinois and is the author of a textbook on structural steel design.
