Chief Operating Officer
Frank DiVito has been with Fullerton since 2001, serving as General Counsel, Vice President and now Chief Operating Officer. As COO he is responsible for the execution of Fullerton’s vision to continue to grow our Site Development Services and to continue to enhance our Engineering, DAS, Small Cell, OSP and Construction Management services. He is focused on business development, budget and strategic planning and client and vendor relations. For over 17 years he has been instrumental in helping Fullerton increase gross revenue, grow new divisions and diversify its services and clients, thereby helping Fullerton achieve exponential growth. His vast network of relationships has also helped him become a leader in the telecommunications industry. He served as President of the Illinois State Wireless Association (ILSWA) from 2009-11. Currently he is a member of the ILSWA regulatory committee, several State Wireless Association Programs (SWAPS) nationally, and often serves as liaison with governmental entities.
Frank is licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois, the 7th Circuit of Appeals and before the United States Supreme Court. He is also a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the Justinian Society of Lawyers. He earned a Juris Doctor degree from The John Marshall Law School and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois.
