Frank E. DiVito, J.D.
Frank DiVito has been with Fullerton since 2001, initially serving as General Counsel and eventually becoming Vice President in 2004. In his role he oversees Fullerton’s business development, strategic planning, finance, and client and vendor relations. He also manages the Legal, Information Technology and Human Resources Departments.
