Jason Palmer, P.E.
Vice President of Utility Services
Jason Palmer directs all design and operational activities of a team of highly-experienced engineers, AutoCAD® designers, and field personnel, with a concentration in Outside/Inside Plant Engineering and Small Cell. In his role as Vice President, Jason is responsible for maintaining project scope and all client deliverables, as well as, ensuring that processes, procedures and schedules are completed in a timely manner with a commitment to quality and excellence. Furthermore, Jason serves as Fullerton’s resident Registered Electrical Engineer.
Jason has 21 years of experience in the wireless and wireline telecommunication industry. Prior to joining Fullerton, he spent over four years with Sprint, where he served as a wireless implementation engineer and later as a senior wireless implementation engineer. Jason is a licensed engineer in several states, an NCEES model law engineer and a member of IEEE. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from the University of North Dakota. Jason is passionate about seeking the most economical, timely and sustainable solutions to our clients’ most technical and difficult engineering challenges, while ensuring seamless project integration.
