Henry Matthew Bellagamba, P.E.

President

Matt Bellagamba is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Fullerton. He is responsible for overall corporate growth and performance strategies. Matt is accountable for advancing the Fullerton corporate vision and brand, as well as providing leadership in client relationships, executive recruitment, finance and overall policy. As a practicing registered Professional Engineer, Matt provides strategic input on organizing, supervising and evaluating the engineering functions and execution within the organization. He also provides input on financial policy and leadership matters. Matt is a 25-year veteran of the engineering profession. He has spent 22 of those years within the wireless and wireline telecommunication industry and is a registered Professional Engineer in 40 jurisdictions.

Prior to founding Fullerton, Matt held a position of a senior project engineer at Edwards & Kelcey, where he served as an engineering consultant to the Sprint network launch in Chicago, IL and the Geotek Midwest build. Also, as a project engineer at Fluor Corporation, he worked on several projects including the Aerial Communications (now T-Mobile) Columbus, Ohio launch, the Chicago 911 facility and fiber network deployment. He graduated from the University of Illinois with Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in civil and structural engineering.

Matt approaches life and work with energy, passion and excitement. He believes in giving back to the community and encouraging advancement of his staff both personally and professionally. He consistently delivers superior service to clients through integrity, teamwork and a strong work ethic. He instills the philosophy that Fullerton can only succeed when its clients succeed.
